A 90 year old female presented the the ER, Trauma Surgery Department in the middle of the night.

She had a shotgun wound to her left knee.  After the Trauma Surgery Attending evaluated her and found she was stable, he went back to bed and called the Orthopedics team to repair the damaged knee.
